Payments/Refund Policy

Apartments

For all apartment bookings, a 60% upfront payment is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining 40% must be paid no later than 30 days before check-in.

• Cancellation Policy:
  Guests may cancel their reservation more than 30 days before check-in. In this case, the remaining 40% will not be charged, but the 60% deposit is non-refundable.
  Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable, and the full amount is due.

Villas

For all villa bookings, 100% of the total amount is required at the time of reservation.

• Cancellation Policy:
  All villa bookings are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
