Villa il Tiglio

The villa offers all the necessary amenities for guests during their stay: towels, bed linens, bath towels, cloths, cutlery, etc.—all clean and sanitized for each guest change. The villa features a small pedestrian gate and a larger gate for cars and bicycles. Once inside the gate, guests will find themselves surrounded by lush vegetation that characterizes the garden, which encircles the entire house. The garden includes several paved parking spots, and sun loungers are also available. Following one of the two stone-paved paths that lead to the house, guests will reach a veranda with a large main glass table and a smaller secondary table—perfect for enjoying breakfasts, lunches, dinners, or simply relaxing after a sunny day at the beach, all in a beautiful and elegant floral setting. Upon entering through the main French door (accessible from the veranda), one steps into a spacious open-plan living room, tastefully decorated with high-end classical/contemporary furnishings. The space is well-lit with natural light streaming in through the windows and French doors overlooking the garden, as well as ambient artificial lighting from lamps and fixtures. Through the French door next to the dining table, one accesses another veranda, also furnished with a large table. This area connects directly to the kitchen through another French door. To the right of the living room, an arched wall separates the living area from the other rooms. The first is the kitchen, entirely made of aluminum and featuring a central wooden table that serves as an island. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: coffee machine, kettle, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc. To the right of the rear veranda, there is also an outdoor shower housed in a separate small structure. Next to it is a covered porch area where bicycles—available to guests—can be stored. Continuing through the ground floor, there are three bright bedrooms with TVs (two spacious double rooms and one single room), each with its own private bathroom (please note: one shower is currently under maintenance and not functioning). One of these rooms also includes a small sitting area with an arched French door that opens onto a small patio facing the garden. Heading to the upper floor, accessible via the staircase in front of the kitchen door, you’ll find four additional bedrooms with large wardrobes (one single room, one with two beds, and two double rooms), two of which include TVs, and two have private bathrooms. An additional bathroom is located in the hallway (for a total of three bathrooms on this floor). Among these rooms is the MASTER BEDROOM, featuring a double bed, a private sitting area with TV, and a private bathroom (included in the total of three), equipped with a double sink for the heads of the family. From the master bedroom, guests can access the solarium by exiting through the arched French door and ascending a spiral staircase on the right. The solarium is a splendid rooftop area surrounded by potted hedges that provide full privacy, with loungers ideal for sunbathing and relaxation.

Upon your arrival, our Manager will be there to welcome you, hand over the keys, and provide all the necessary information for your stay.
